Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the consultation, booking and tattoo services offered by Tattoo Lion's Studio in Dallas, Texas. By browsing the site, submitting a consultation request or booking a session, you accept these Terms.

We do not claim a registered LLC name here. The business operates publicly as Tattoo Lion's Studio / Lion Studio, and the contact and business details stored in our studio settings control.

You must be 18 or older to submit a booking request and must provide accurate, current information. Submitting a request online is a request only — it is not acceptance by the studio and does not create a confirmed appointment.

The artist, style, size, placement and dates you choose in the form are preferences. They are subject to artist availability, technical suitability and studio acceptance. We may propose a different artist, a different approach or another time, and you are free to accept or decline.

An appointment is confirmed only when all of the following have happened:

• You have communicated directly with the artist or the studio.
• The scope, design direction and price range have been agreed.
• Any required deposit has been paid.
• The studio has issued a confirmation email or message.

Quotes are estimates in U.S. dollars and may change based on the final design, size, placement, complexity, session length and any change of scope requested before or during the session. Not every price is published online; your artist will confirm pricing with you directly.

Deposits are arranged only after you have spoken with the artist or the studio. The amount, the accepted payment method and the due date will be communicated to you before any payment is made. A deposit reserves artist time and is generally applied to the final price.

Deposits are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and to any written exception granted by the studio.

• Request changes at least 48 hours in advance to ask that your deposit be transferred to a new date.
• Late cancellation, arriving significantly late, or not showing up may forfeit the deposit and require a new one.
• Transfers always remain subject to the artist's availability.
• The studio may need to reschedule for illness, equipment or emergency reasons, and will contact you with options.

This operational policy should be reviewed and approved by studio ownership before launch so it matches how the front desk actually works.

• Give accurate health, allergy, medication and skin-condition information when asked.
• Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Follow the pre-care and aftercare instructions your artist provides.

The studio or artist may refuse, pause or stop service for safety, harassment, illegal or discriminatory conduct, inability to give informed consent, unsuitable skin condition, or any other reasonable professional concern.

Results vary with skin type, placement, healing and aftercare. Reference images are inspiration: exact duplication, exact color match and permanent color stability cannot be guaranteed. A tattoo is permanent, and removal or cover-up can be expensive, lengthy and imperfect.

The website, brand, logo, text, photography and video are owned by Lion Studio or used with permission. Artists retain the rights in their original artwork as applicable by law.

You must have permission to submit any reference you send us. We do not copy another artist's protected work; we can use it only as loose inspiration for an original design.

We do not publish photos of you or your tattoo for marketing without the applicable consent or release.

When you upload reference images or notes, you give us limited permission to store and use them only to evaluate, design and perform the services you requested. Uploads that are unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexualized involving minors, malicious or otherwise harmful are prohibited and may be deleted and reported.

Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, probe or disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or interfere with security controls. Admin and Artist portal accounts are personal: keep credentials confidential, do not share logins, and report suspected compromise immediately.

We send transactional messages such as request receipts, confirmations, reminders and changes. Delivery is not guaranteed: mail providers and spam filters may delay or block messages. Keep your contact details current and check your spam folder. Marketing email requires your consent and can be stopped at any time.

Payment terms are communicated for each appointment. Refunds are governed by what was agreed in writing, the deposit policy above and applicable law. If you have a billing concern, contact the studio first so we can review it with you before opening a dispute with your bank.

The website is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Content on this site — including aftercare notes and style descriptions — is general information about our services, not medical advice. For medical concerns, consult a licensed healthcare professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lion Studio and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur that are caused by your misuse of this website, by unlawful or prohibited uploads, or by your violation of another person's rights. This obligation is limited to those specific situations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these Terms; the version date at the top shows the current version and continued use means acceptance. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written agreement with your artist, are the entire agreement about the website. Not enforcing a provision once does not waive it later.
